Terms & Conditions

When you enter your information, All Human Life agrees to display that information in accordance with your wishes for as long as the company exists and will make best possible efforts to ensure that the data survives in perpetuity, even if the company itself should ever cease to operate.

You warrant to us that the life record you have created is an accurate and fair record of your own life or of the life of a relative or friend. If you have created a life record for someone else, you warrant to us that the person has given you permission to do so or that the person is a close relative or personal friend who is already deceased or that the person is a minor who is your legal ward.

You must also ensure that nothing in the record you have created is grossly offensive to any other person. If we detect that this is the case we reserve the right to remove the record from public view.

If you have paid to upload your data and for some reason you have paid twice by accident, paid to upload more data than you intended, decided that you do not want to upload your data after all, or are unhappy for any reason whatsoever, you can contact us by email and we will delete the material and refund your payment as soon as possible. You are not required to give any reason, but we will check back with you by email to ensure the request is genuine.

The principal mission of All Human Life is the storage of your data in perpetuity. All Human Life has therefore taken every reasonable technical precaution to ensure your data is protected. However, no system is 100% secure; 99.9999% is as good as it gets. In the unlikely event that the site loses your data, All Human Life cannot accept responsibility for any consequent loss over and above the storage fee you have paid. If you are not reassured by a system which is 99.9999% secure, we would suggest that once you have created your record, you print off the web pages and keep them as a reserve. Better still, we would suggest you copy your text from the site and save it in a standard word-processing programme and then keep it on your hard disk with a back-up on CD-Rom.
